tk001 Terms and Conditions

tk001 ("Platform", "we", "our") operates an online entertainment and betting service for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between tk001 and its users ("you", "your", "member").

The following definitions apply for the purposes of these Terms:

• "Account" — Your personal registered profile on the tk001 platform.
• "Service" — All games, betting, casino, and related features provided through tk001.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional offer or reward given by the platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The required bet amount that must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

tk001 reserves the right to verify any account at any time. National ID, passport, or other government-issued documents may be requested for verification. Failure to provide accurate information may result in the account being suspended or closed.

You are fully responsible for the security of your tk001 account. Please keep the following in mind:

• Never share your login credentials (username and password) with any third party.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.
• Always log out after using a public device or network.

You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. In the event of account hacking or theft, tk001 will not be liable for transactions made prior to notification. However, we will make every effort to assist you.

tk001 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons: providing false information, attempting to cheat, operating multiple accounts, or violating the terms of service.

Deposits and withdrawals on tk001 can be made through the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for all methods).
• Deposits must be sent only from a method registered in your name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Failure to provide accurate information may cause deposits to be delayed or cancelled.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.
• tk001 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in cases of suspected suspicious activity.

All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Currency conversion is not currently available.

tk001 offers various bonuses and promotional offers. The following terms apply to these offers:

Welcome Bonus

• New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• The bonus amount must meet a 15x wagering requirement before it can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses can only be used on eligible games on the tk001 platform.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry date and conditions — please read the details at the time you receive the offer.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time (unless specifically permitted).
• Bonuses may be forfeited if fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash or transferred to another account.
• tk001 reserves the right to modify or withdraw offer terms at any time.

tk001's VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze Tier: Weekly cashback of up to 0.2%.
• Silver Tier: Weekly cashback of up to 0.4%.
• Gold Tier: Weekly cashback of up to 0.6%.
• Platinum Tier: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.

Your VIP tier is determined by your activity and engagement on the platform. To reach a higher tier, use the platform regularly and actively. The specific benefits and conditions of VIP tiers may change — contact the support team for the latest information.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk001 platform:

• Any form of fraud, cheating, or deceptive activity.
• Playing games using bots, automated software, or scripts.
• Misusing bonuses or attempting to circumvent bonus terms.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing or threatening other users.
• Attempting to intrude into the platform's systems or exploit security vulnerabilities.
• Using a false identity or fake documents.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose.

In the event of a violation of these prohibitions, tk001 may immediately close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

The following general rules apply to placing bets on tk001:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical issue, the original stake will be refunded.
• In the event of a dispute over the outcome of any event or game, tk001's decision is final.
• For sports betting, bets on events that do not start at the scheduled time may be cancelled.
• Live betting offers are subject to change — tk001 may update real-time odds at any time.

In any circumstances, tk001's maximum liability is limited to your active account balance.

Any dispute between tk001 and a user will first be addressed through negotiation.

• Submit your complaint with a description of the issue, relevant dates, and supporting evidence.
• tk001 will endeavour to resolve the issue within 7 business days.
• If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the dispute will be settled through neutral mediation.

In the event of a dispute, tk001's recorded data and logs will be considered primary evidence.

tk001 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavour to notify you in advance.

• Updated terms will take effect from the moment they are published on the platform.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
• If the new terms are not acceptable to you, you may close your account.

You may request to close your account at any time through the support team. Any available balance at the time of closure will be returned in accordance with the applicable rules.
